Hi!  I am so excited about today’s post and there is so much I want to say.

First, I love CS6. I am really having fun with the brushes.  (I admit nothing beats good old pen/brush and paper but Photoshop is getting close!)

Second, I really want to maximize every article of clothing I own (and minimize how much I own.)  It’s a puzzle figuring out if A goes with B, C or D.  (Plus, try to remember all that while shopping!)

So far, I’ve figured that bold and basic pieces are key.  Just by switching up accessories (and hair styles) I’ve gotten even more mileage out of these.

I adore my chambray shirt (which I also sketched here.)  Throw it under a blazer for a little sophistication or let it speak for itself and add a hint of hipster.

Tan and black is my latest obsession – so, I couldn’t resist this super affordable skirt.  It’s a bit trendy, but in a classic silhouette it really runs the gamut.  With pumps and a blazer it becomes polished.  With some hip accessories it’s city chic.

Thanks so much to everyone who has followed, subscribed, “liked” and shared my style blog! I am amazed – thank you thank you!!~ ♥
